Melissa Furtado

Melissa found joy in inspiring people—helping others realize what they want out of life, motivate and show them they can have it. Becoming a business owner at age 22 helped her inspire and teach others others-by setting and achieving goals and working hard, she knew what she wanted and lived to get it every day until achieving it, and they could too! She encouraged others to reach higher, and found she was 'counseling' her clients about their life's journey. She enjoys helping others live the lives they dream of!

In her own words
The whole concept of eMerge is amazing! The books and the coaching program are like nothing else around. It is a well formulated, step-by-step guide, with so many tools to help with any situation. If someone ever gets stuck in the process, there is always support with coaches and Mentor coaches. This company provides such great possibilities for anyone involved, what personal Development Company could be better then eMerge?!

My coaching style
If I could "specialize" in any type of coaching it would probably be issues surrounding weight-loss, spirituality, business, & grieving (including individuals or their loved ones suffering from illness). Through coaching, I am fulfilling my life purpose—what an amazing feeling! I have experienced a lot of negativity in my life, and have come out as a more positive person--I know I had to go through all I did to have the compassion and understanding to help others with their life experiences.

My ideal client
Anyone determined and willing to move forward! I love meeting new people with their own unique goals and dreams—people that are extremely motivated but just don't have the tools—and to be able to give them the tools they need and help them put those tools to work to achieve their goals.
