Annette Lawrence

Annette became a coach to utilize her people skills, and to help them move forward in their lives. She also wanted a career that would be flexible as a busy mother to three children. She's found the right company for helping others, and for her talent, and feels extremely fulfilled. You can too, following the easy car analogy, that people of all ages can relate to their personal circumstances.

In her own words
I love the car analogy! I think people of all ages can relate to it. My clients find inspiration in learning they are in their Driver's Seat. Once empowered with eMerge, they put their lives in gear and move forward, while overcoming any roadblocks. I simply provide direction and help clients realize what might cause them to spin their wheels and how to overcome it.

My coaching style
I coach in a way that helps the Driver set reachable short distance goals while working towards their long-term goals. I want my clients to take charge and learn to be confident in moving forward while I mentor them through common pot holes and whatever barriers they may come upon. I am extremely energetic and love to use humor to help others realize that laughter produces positive energy.

My ideal client
My ideal client is one who has been struggling to move forward, who feels like they are spinning their wheels or have a foggy Windshield. I am eager to help them clear up. I seek to coach and assist clients in pressing forward, especially when they are willing to work hard to get where they want to go--from the valleys to uphill, where a beautiful view and new life experience awaits them.
