Our Leadership

Our founder has a passion and belief in inspiring and empowering others to honor and empower themselves, and live with intent, integrity and purpose. Her unique passion translates into the vision of moving the company—and its coaches and clients—forward.


eMerge is the culmination of an exciting journey for Dr. Kelley Taylor-Bentz, and her support team, people with a passion and belief in inspiring and empowering others to honor and empower themselves. Through holistic healing and everyday living, our sole mission was to help people feel better about themselves and their place in the world. They developed the eMerge concept from divine inspiration and applied its concepts throughout this program.

Kelley Taylor-Bentz has a diverse background in holistic healing, and has always known she would help people move forward with their lives.  A successful Chiropractor and certified Reiki Master and Integrated Energy Therapy Master, Kelley holds certifications in a number of holistic healing techniques, and always focuses her energies on serving others. Kelley has applied the eMerge concepts in her own life and various business practices to great success. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, and attended Bridgewater State College with a major in Accounting.


Our Executive Team

Lori Berntsen, Vice President of Marketing, is a high-energy marketing executive with over 15 years experience in a variety of industries, including the billion dollar direct sales industry. From rubber stamps to retail outlets, attorneys to accessories, Lori seeks out a good marketing challenge where she excels at developing and implementing strategic marketing communications, branding and positioning, and public relations, leading companies to double-digit growth. Lori is a graduate of the University of Utah in Mass Communications and Public Relations.

Kemmy Taylor, Vice President of Coaching Operations, attended the University of Massachusetts studying pre-medicine. While pursuing her studies there, she studied abroad for one year at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England. She completed her doctorate degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa, and for the last six years, has operated a busy wellness-based chiropractic office with her husband in upper Michigan.

James Taylor, Vice President, graduated from Bridgewater State College with a major in Criminal Justice and minor in Sociology. He also served as a leader both on and off the football field throughout his collegiate career. He has worked for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services for the last several years, and enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them move forward in life.
